you ever serve in aircraft maintenance in
Cubi
Point between 'in the late 70's?
Could
have been in OMD, VRC-50, VP Squadrons, Beach Det,
Marine Det, HSL Lamps Det, HC-11, HC-7, HC-3, , Cubi Pt H-46s and
C-117s,
C-1s coming in from the boats, etc. Want to see the guys who've
been there, done that?
There
will be a Cubi Point reunion in
Pensacola - May 13, 14, 15, 2010.
Back then,
we were all sort of youngish and looked like Tom Cruise.
Now, we all know that the guys back then, may only superficially
resemble those guys today.
So, there will be big recognition signs we wear that you can see
from 8' away, without glasses on.
That's to maybe point your attention to the right guy.

of us that were stationed at NAS CUBI PT Jet Shop are
getting together this summer.

At this time we are looking at the most centralized area
for the convenience of the group.
